How To Get The Battle-Mad Affix in Diablo 4
The “Battle-Mad” is a Legendary affix that has a chance to be found randomly on Legendary quality items in Diablo 4. Affixes on Legendary items have a shared loot table; any Legendary item has a chance to roll any of the Legendary affixes. Unique Items are the exception, they will always have a specific affix
“Battle-Mad” can be unlocked in the Codex of Power by completing a specific challenge to grant access to changing a Legendary item’s affix.
Class Restriction
The Battle-Mad affix can only be used by the Barbarian class.
Codex & Where To Extract Legendary Affixes
Diablo 4 will randomly generate the effectiveness within the range specified. The legendary item that drops will likely roll either the minimum or the maximum of any ranges given in the Battle-Mad affix tooltip.
