How To Get The Blood-soaked Affix in Diablo 4
The “Blood-soaked” is a Legendary affix that has a chance to be found randomly on Legendary quality items in Diablo 4. Affixes on Legendary items have a shared loot table; any Legendary item has a chance to roll any of the Legendary affixes. Unique Items are the exception, they will always have a specific affix
“Blood-soaked” can be unlocked in the Codex of Power by completing a specific challenge to grant access to changing a Legendary item’s affix.
Class Restriction
The Blood-soaked affix can only be used by the Necromancer class.
Codex & Where To Extract Legendary Affixes
Diablo 4 will randomly generate the effectiveness within the range specified. The legendary item that drops will likely roll either the minimum or the maximum of any ranges given in the Blood-soaked affix tooltip.
