What Stamella Shroom Is Used For in Tears of the Kingdom
[Stamella Shroom] is a Material in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK). Specifically, it is classified as a Shroom. It is mainly used in cooking, and it can be used to give the meal a Energizing effect when used in the recipe.
If you simply eat the Stamella Shroom by itself without cooking, you will gain 0.5 hearts. If you cook it first, it will restore 1 hearts.
The Stamella Shroom can be turned in to trade for Green dye in order to dye clothes. We have not yet confirmed if this is still the case in Tears of the Kingdom.
